The past few week in crypto have been good for crypto but now we are seeing downside and i still do expect more downside to be incoming as well!

However, in this newsletter i want to talk about the bullish case scenario for the altcoins as downside momentum does come with opportunities.

Why I am still bullish

First of all if we look at altcoins, many of them had a nice solid run but we can’t say that there was any real explosion in them just yet, the movement we had in altcoins were more like a wake up call to show that they are still alive.

That’s why we are in an optimism phase right now, people saw that alts are still “here” and their momentum can be real and now we re dipping down, might still see lower incoming once bitcoin decides to go down.

Downisde = opportunity, definitively in the optimism phase as the this is always the first dump before the real pump (historically seen)

BITCOIN DOMINANCE (BTC.D)

Bitcoin dominance is obviously the main “indicator” for altcoins as it basically shows when atltcoins are about to fly (BTC.D down) or when the bottom is in (BTC.D up)

My overall game is simple, I do think that the markets still will see lower in the next coming days or weeks and once that happens we’ll see BTC.D go up, targetting ideally a 63.5% before officially collapsing to the downside which will be extremely bullish for alts.

Once that upside momentum would come in BTC.D we’ll see alts bleed a bit more, think about a 30-50% drop and i do expect that that dip will be bought up fast.

But, when do we take profits?

It’s simple and i’ve explained it many times already, once BTC.D heads toward historical lows I’ll be looking to cash out, estimated around 40-38% BTC.D.

Why bet on it going lower? why take such a gamble while your wallet will be up tremendously already? Don’t let greed take over, prices will not go up forever and the bearmarket incoming will by far be one of the worst we’ve ever seen.

Ethereum stil didn’t break ATH

Besides a bearish BTC.D we also need a very bullish ETHEREUM in order for us to go higher for altcoins. Once ethereum breaks above it’s ATH we will see altcoins absolutely explode and that will mean a falling BTC.D.

It’s just a little waiting game from now on, all downside momentum we have is in our advantage.

Let’s talk about something that many do not discuss at all and that’s taking your profits in the bull market. Many will do it too early or too late and only a small amount of % wil actually cash out at a good exit point.

Of course there are indicators for you to use during this bull market to anticipate an a potential top incoming.

Bitcoin history

I’ve spoken many times already about how bitcoin is so far repeating every cycle the “same” was so as I caught the bottom by being focussed and studying history i do anticipate that this bullrun top might also align with what history is showing us.

I thin the chart below says more than enough about bitcoins historical behavior.

USDT.D (dominance)

So far in historical perpspective of USDT.D it always fell with 55% and during that 55% drop bitcoin had massive upside momentum or a bullrun.

I do expect the same thing to happen this bull market where USDT.D falls down with 55% which would make me target around 3% for USDT.D since its decline from 6.75%

USDT.D at 3% would mean bitcoin at a 130-150k$.

BTC.D (dominance)

This one is quite easy to follow up and also based on historical behavior.
BTC.D is the biggest indicating chart for altcoins in my honest opinion so i will really pay attention to it.

The thesis behind this is simple, once it hits the historical lows, i’m out. very straight foward. The historical lows always have been respected and i do expect them do so once again.

Fear and Greed Index

This is nothing too special just to analyse and combine with how social behavior is going timing from historical behavior. Not really an overthinker or main indicator but useful if you do understand social behavior.

Wallstreet cheatsheet

This also goes in combination with social behavior and currently we are in an optimism phase, in this phase people get optimistic because they know an alt szn is around the corner however, optimism still comes with bearish momentum which we are having right now.

This optimism dump as i call it, is an ideal entry point for you to accumulate one last time before atls take off. (not financial advice)

Bitcoin Pi Top cycle indicator

This is by far the most accurate indicator out there in my opinion n as this so far predicted the bear market 3 days before the top was in so basically very very close.

The top is in once the yellow and green line start to cross, once crossed a bearmarket starts and price starts descending again.

This is one of the indicators i’ll pay most attention to.

PUELL multiplier

The PUELL multiplier is a solid indicator but not as accurate as the former one, yet if you use them in combination (which you should) you’ll see that it can be very accurate.

The thesis behind it is simple, once we touch or enter the red box it means that the top is in and a bearmarket is around the corner. Again it definitively not accurate but it does help.

Also not as accurate as the PI top indicator but still pretty solid and goes in hand with combining all the other indicators.

The dumphere is mostly focussed on when price hits the red line or starts to go above, once it goes above it starts to enter selling/take profits areas.

This newsletter won’t be technically related for once but goes more into a further way of thinking toward the future as the bull market will be amazing but the bear market will be Oh-So-Disastrous.

The advantage of Ethereum

Ethereum was founded in 2015 by a team led by Vitalik Buterin, along with Gavin Wood and Joseph Lubin. It was created as a response to the limitations of Bitcoin, aiming to expand blockchain technology beyond simple transactions.

The breakthrough was its ability to support smart contracts, self-executing agreements where terms are written directly into code.

This innovation transformed the blockchain into a versatile platform for decentralized applications (dApps), laying the foundation for everything from decentralized finance (DeFi) to NFTs. Ethereum’s smart contract functionality made it the first of its kind, enabling developers worldwide to build on its open infrastructure.

Today, Ethereum remains a cornerstone of the blockchain ecosystem, continuing to lead with advancements like Ethereum 2.0 and its transition to a more sustainable proof-of-stake model.

Why Ethereum is lagging behind with what people want/need

In this chart below we can see the transactions being done on ethereum for the past few years and what is “alarming” for me is that there hasn’t been really any growth over the past few year besides during bull market where we could get some peaks but overall, the growth has been stagnating.

Another problem with ethereum is, if you’re already long enough in the space is that ethereum becomes quite expensive in a bull market with gas and transfer fee’s which noboyd wants to pay as it an unnecessary loss.

The good thing for ethereum is that it has been a “leader” for the past few years but now we have many more solutions that are cheaper and faster aka Layer 2 solutions.

What is Layer 2?

Layer 2 solutions are technologies designed to **enhance the performance** of blockchains like Ethereum by addressing two of their biggest challenges: **scalability** and **high transaction fees**. They work by processing transactions off the main Ethereum chain (Layer 1) and then sending the results back to it, preserving Ethereum’s security and decentralization while drastically improving efficiency.

How Layer 2 Works

Think of Layer 1 as the foundation, providing security and a decentralized network. Layer 2 operates on top of this foundation, creating a separate space to handle transactions and computations more efficiently. These solutions use cryptographic proofs to ensure the accuracy of off-chain transactions before updating the main chain.

Real-World Impact

Layer 2 solutions enable Ethereum to remain competitive as demand grows. They are critical for powering innovations in decentralized finance (DeFi), gaming, NFT marketplaces, and more. Platforms like Arbitrum, Optimism, and Polygon are already making Ethereum faster and more accessible to users worldwide.

By addressing Ethereum's bottlenecks, Layer 2 is shaping the future of the Web3 ecosystem.

Ethereum = Nokia

Is Ethereum the Next Nokia?

Ethereum’s dominance in the blockchain space is undeniable—it was the first-mover that established smart contracts and decentralized applications. However, like Nokia in the mobile phone era, Ethereum faces growing competition and challenges that could threaten its long-term relevance.

The Nokia Parallel

Nokia was once the global leader in mobile phones, known for reliability and innovation. But its inability to adapt quickly to the smartphone revolution, coupled with newer, more efficient competitors, led to its decline. Ethereum faces a similar challenge: while it’s the established leader, Layer 2 solutions and alternative blockchains are emerging as faster, cheaper, and more scalable options.

Why Layer 2 Might Outpace Ethereum

1. Superior Efficiency: Layer 2 solutions, like Polygon, Optimism, and Arbitrum, offer faster and cheaper transactions without the high gas fees and congestion associated with Ethereum.

2. Innovative Features: Competitors are introducing new technologies and user-friendly solutions that Ethereum struggles to match.

Ethereum = Blockbuster

Blockbuster once dominated home entertainment with its extensive network of rental stores. However, it underestimated the rise of streaming services like Netflix. By failing to transition to digital delivery and sticking to its traditional model, Blockbuster was left behind as consumer preferences evolved.

• Parallels with Ethereum:
  Ethereum’s Layer 1 model is becoming less attractive as users and developers gravitate toward Layer 2 solutions(like Polygon or Arbitrum) or alternative blockchains (like Solana or Avalanche) that offer faster, cheaper, and more scalable environments. Just as Netflix built a seamless, user-friendly platform that outperformed Blockbuster’s physical stores, these solutions are creating ecosystems that could overshadow Ethereum.

Also leaders die off

Ethereum’s position as a pioneer in blockchain technology mirrors the early dominance of companies like Kodak and Blockbuster. However, history has shown that innovation and adaptability are key to maintaining leadership. Ethereum must embrace Layer 2 solutions, enhance its scalability, and lower costs to stay competitive.

Failing to evolve could see Ethereum follow the path of Kodak or Blockbuster—innovators that lost their edge as the landscape shifted. By addressing its limitations and fostering innovation, Ethereum has the opportunity to avoid these pitfalls and secure its role as a cornerstone of the Web3 ecosystem.

What an amazing week it has been for bitcoin holders! bitcoin is as I’m typing at
98 000$ and hit a current All-Time-High of 99 534$ which is crazy.

In-depth analysis bitcoin

Bitcoin so far is looking very bullish, we can’t deny that at all however I remain aware of potential downside momentum and I will explain you why 👇

In all the bull markets so far (from 2017 till now) we can see that after the former All-Time-High breaks that price obviously catches good bullish momentum but also that price does correct from time to time.

In the bull market of 2017 we saw this correction happening THREE times. 👇

Corrections from up to 40% in bitcoin alone! meaning that altcoins got hit even heavier.

In the last bull cycle of 2021 we saw the same thing happening, as soon as ATH broke we had a good solid run for a while and suddenly price managed to correct, this also happened a total of THREE times. 👇

Corrections up to 50% in bitcoin alone! Altcoins got hit a lot heavier.

But what is the conclusion here?

In every bull market, despite how strong it is historically seen, bitcoin always corrects THREE times before find a TOP and starting a bear market. This information is usefull to take with you along the way in this bull market.

This can prepare you to get liquids ready and buy the dip which will scare most people.

What are my targets or when do I expect a correction to happen?

When? I have no idea as we can’t time the market at all but we can anticipate roughly to where price will likely retest again once a correction comes.

For that I’m looking at the BTC CME FUTURES chart, this is a chart that I only use to see the gaps in price action where CME opens and closes. When i look at the BTC CME FUTURES chart, i can see a clear gap between 78-81k$ which in my opinion will be retested in the first correction.

The thing with the CME FUTURES chart is that gaps always will be refilled, go and check it for yourself! ticker: BTC1!.

The current cycle

So far history has been repeating itself quite perfectly this from the bear market on.
Let me quickly recap:

• Every bear market has 3 major legs to the downside, so did the last bear market of 2022.

• Every bottom gets formed around the winter, so did it the last bottom at 15K

• We have moments of massive consolidation before recovering back to ATH, so did we the last cycle and this cycle.

• BTC sees upside momentum after the every halving, so did we this cycle.

• BTC sees upside momentum in UPTOBER (green space only) and price continues to the upside, entering a bull market, so did we this cycle.

• Moonvember starts and the elections are happening, BTC always reacts extremely bullish after the elections and starts the bull market.

THE ONLY THING REMAINING for us to be historically correct is for us follow the “three correction theory” and to top out in the winter of 2025.

If this all happens, we litteraly had a full blueprint to the bull market and most people will ignore it until it is too late.

I have something important to discuss with you, and it won’t be pretty—at least not for those on the wrong side of it.

US Total Market Cap divided by M2 Money Supply

Before we get into my full theory, let’s first discuss what the M2 money supply is, of course in the easiest way possible.

The US Total Market Cap divided by M2 Money Supply is a financial ratio that compares the total value of all publicly traded companies in the U.S. stock market (Total Market Cap) to the total money supply available in the economy (M2).

This ratio helps investors assess whether the stock market is overvalued or undervalued relative to the available money in the economy.

A higher ratio might indicate an overvalued market, as stock prices are high compared to the money supply, while a lower ratio could suggest undervaluation, with stock prices being lower in relation to the available money.

This metric can be used as a rough gauge of market risk and economic sustainability.

We will get later into why this is so interesting.

DOTCOM CRASH

If we take a closer look at this chart, we can see that between 1995 and 2000, the market experienced a strong, steady bull run following a long period of range-bound movement over the previous 20-25 years.

This period marked a breakout from the previous range, driving significant growth and optimism in the market.

This bull market was characterized by increased investor confidence and rising stock prices, fueled in part by the booming tech sector, which ultimately led to the dot-com bubble at the turn of the millennium.

This kind of breakout and sustained upward trend often reflects underlying economic shifts or innovations that increase market optimism and push valuations higher than in prior years.

Green; Range
Red; Bull market
Purple; Dotcom crash

Why is this interesting, you might ask? Because it appears we might be seeing a repeat of this historical pattern. If we examine the period from 2001 to 2022, there’s a similar range-bound movement, followed by a breakout—essentially what we’re experiencing now.

If history repeats, we could see an upward trend in the next 1-3 years, which would likely benefit both the broader economy and crypto markets in this bull cycle.

However, as the saying goes, “What goes up must come down.” This is likely what Warren Buffett is preparing for, a potential new “dot-com crash” scenario.

Given the current surge of innovation, especially in areas like blockchain and AI, we could see a tech-driven rally—followed by a correction similar to the early 2000s. The influx of speculative investment and rapid growth in emerging tech could fuel the current uptrend but may also set the stage for a substantial downturn and this is exactly why these whale investors are turning slowly into cash.

Correlation to Bitcoin?

Blockchain, as one of the latest transformative technologies, is particularly susceptible to a crash similar to the dot-com bubble.

This vulnerability stems from high speculative interest, rapid growth, and its relatively untested applications, all of which make it sensitive to market corrections.

One theory I’ve been considering—and I’ll reiterate here—is that with the market’s shifting dynamics and the potential end of Bitcoin’s traditional 4-year cycle, we might see Bitcoin drop to the $10,000–$20,000 range in the next bear market.

If the M2 money supply continues to rise, the likelihood of such a significant pullback becomes even greater.

If this does happen and as for now it is just a theory, but if this happens most people who are laughing now will be losing everything.

Prepare yourself

Even though I do not expect this crash to happen in the next few months, we do have to remain aware of this possible scenario.

Everybody is getting hopeful that their bags will go up and they will! However, we have to remain aware of what to do when we cash out, which is something most people don’t and will not think about but we talk more about that in another newsletter :)

At the moment of typing this newsletter bitcoin is at 89 000 US Dollars!!! Many of you did not expect this but guess what, I did and all my newsletters are proof of it.

Current market sentiment

Currently, market sentiment is extremely bullish, edging into a state of extreme greed. However, it’s important to remember that we’re in the midst of a super bull market, where the Fear and Greed Index becomes less predictive than it is in ranging markets. In a strong bull market, greed can persist for an extended period without leading to an immediate reversal.

Still, it’s essential to keep an eye on this index, especially as prices approach the $100,000 mark. At that level, I anticipate a significant correction, where Bitcoin might see a 10-15% drop while altcoins could face sharper declines, potentially falling by 30-50%. This kind of crash would likely trigger a wave of profit-taking and recalibrate the market, especially for high-risk assets like altcoins.

We are nearing extreme greed, being close to 90-100k… i would remain aware if I were you and get cash ready in case of.

What am I paying attention to?

I'm mainly focused on observing social behavior, both online and in everyday interactions. I’ve noticed that retail investors are gradually showing interest, but it’s still primarily the "early" retail adopters entering the space. The real wave of FOMO-driven retail investors likely won’t arrive until Bitcoin approaches the $100,000 range or higher.

Some telltale signals that the market might be reaching a top include:

- Influencers heavily promoting crypto or launching their own coins.
- Everyday conversations, like your barber or random acquaintances, showing sudden interest in crypto.
- News frequently running Bitcoin stories.

Alongside this social analysis, I’m also keeping an eye on historical market cycles, though I acknowledge this bull market could turn out to be shorter. What I’m watching most closely, however, is the **Wall Street Psychological Cheat Sheet**. For those unfamiliar with it, here’s a quick look 👇

Of course, as with everything, I’ve created my own crypto-specific version of this chart. This is a tool I’ll be focusing on closely, especially in combination with social behavior analysis. Tracking market phases alongside social sentiment can provide valuable insights, helping to anticipate shifts in momentum and better understand the emotions driving price action.

I believe this chart is the most accurate representation so far, as many people still seem to think we’re in the Hope phase. However, the Hope phase generally describes a period when prices remain within a certain range without breaking out, which maintains a cautious, bullish outlook. Since we recently broke out of that range, we’ve likely entered the Optimism phase.

The Optimism phase is where people’s beliefs in a rally begin to feel validated, with the market moving in the favored direction—upward. Optimism reflects the sentiment, “This rally is real,” which aligns perfectly with what is going on on social media right now.

We see “influencers” and normies like us be aware of this current powerful momentum that BTC showcased ever since the US elections and for those who have experience in this space know where the capital is flowing next which is ETH, high caps, mid caps, lowcaps and memes.

When to be aware?

Multiple factors again, technically and psychologically but in terms of the psychological perspective I’d say to be highly aware once we enter in between the stage of Belief and Thrill, those will be likely the periods I’ll be looking to cash out once i see certain social behavior change.

However, I do not expect us to reach the “Belief and Thrill” phase anytime soon and before we enter that phase i do expect price to see a correction before that happens.

21Shares in filing for XRP ETF

In an exciting development for the crypto world, 21Shares has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to create the first XRP-focused exchange-traded fund (ETF) in the U.S. This filing could make it much easier for people to invest in XRP through regular stock exchanges, without needing to hold the cryptocurrency directly.

Why This Matters:

• Timing After Ripple's Win: The filing comes after Ripple’s partial court victory earlier this year, where a judge ruled that XRP is not automatically a security when sold on open markets. This decision gave investors and companies more confidence to work with XRP in the U.S.

• Easier Access to XRP: If approved, the ETF would allow investors to buy shares linked to XRP in a way that feels similar to buying regular stocks. This means more people could invest in XRP without handling cryptocurrency wallets or dealing with exchanges.

• Potential Boost for XRP and Crypto Adoption: The approval of an XRP ETF would be a big step forward for Ripple and could drive new interest and investment into XRP from both big investors and regular people who want exposure to crypto through traditional investment channels.

What’s Next?

The SEC’s decision on the ETF will be closely watched. If approved, this would be the first XRP ETF in the U.S. and could open doors for other crypto products, making it easier and safer for people to invest in digital assets. For now, all eyes are on the SEC’s response and the potential for XRP to gain a major new pathway for adoption in traditional finance.

Why could this make XRP explode?

To understand that we have to understand what happened in the past to XRP.
Back in the bull run of 2016-2017, XRP was one of the last tokens to explode and there is a reason for that.

In 2017 right before XRP exploded (mid/end 2017) some very bullish fundamental and institutional news came out which caused XRP to explode during the bull market.

Lets have recap on these fundamentals 👇

1. Ripple’s Partnership Announcements (Mid-2017)

• In March 2017, Ripple announced partnerships with several major banks and financial institutions, including Santander and SEB, a Swedish bank. These partnerships aimed to use Ripple's technology for cross-border payments, marking some of the first instances of banks publicly working with RippleNet.

• In June 2017, Ripple made headlines by announcing that more than 10 new financial institutions had joined its network. This announcement increased confidence in Ripple’s solutions for international payments and brought more attention to XRP.

2. Increased Interest from Asia (Late 2017)

• In October 2017, Ripple hosted its first Swell conference in Toronto, where it highlighted partnerships and discussed XRP’s potential for global payments. Key speakers included former Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, adding credibility to Ripple’s goals. The conference focused on Ripple’s solutions, with XRP positioned as a potential bridge currency for cross-border payments.

• By late 2017, Ripple expanded its network into Asia, collaborating with banks and payment providers in Japan and South Korea. Notably, a consortium of over 60 Japanese banks tested Ripple's technology for cross-border transfers.

3. xRapid Pilot Testing (Late 2017)

• In November 2017, Ripple began pilot testing xRapid, a product that directly utilized XRP for liquidity in cross-border payments. This was a crucial development because xCurrent, Ripple's other product, did not use XRP. With xRapid, institutions could save on liquidity costs by using XRP, sparking investor speculation that XRP adoption might rise.

• xRapid’s pilots with financial institutions, including MoneyGram and Cuallix, showed promising results for cost savings and transaction speeds, adding to XRP’s appeal as a digital asset with real-world use cases.

4. December 2017 Surge and New Partnerships

• As XRP’s price began to surge in December 2017, Ripple announced new partnerships and pilot projects, including American Express and Santander, which explored using Ripple’s technology to improve payment efficiency. Although these projects didn’t yet involve XRP, they brought more attention to Ripple’s ecosystem.

• By the end of 2017, speculation that banks might adopt XRP in the near future led to further buying interest, making XRP one of the best-performing assets during the bull run.

If we look at the chart we can see that the upside momentum in XRP happened in a short period of time(288days) but also was one of the last ones to top out (when it started it’s second wave to the upside)

The first bullish breakout came in March accordingly to the fundamentals that it formed around that period and kept following that.

Further, we can see that before XRP exploded to the upside it was in a triangle pattern for over 1295 days (3 years and a half) before exploding to the upside so MASSIVE consolidation, which coincidentally or not looks a lot like what we are having right now…

The historical correlation

**XRP: History Repeats Itself? A Potential Breakout with ETF Approval**

Looking back, there’s a clear pattern with XRP. In 2017, XRP’s price skyrocketed thanks to major institutional partnerships and adoption, making it one of the last tokens to pump before the bull market ended. In the next cycle in 2021, XRP also saw a big surge near the end of the bull run—despite the SEC lawsuit, which has since been largely resolved.

Now, for the first time in years, there’s new bullish news for XRP: 21Shares has filed for an XRP ETF in the U.S. If this ETF gets approved,which it will, it would make investing in XRP much easier for normies, potentially causing another massive price surge. Given the historical pattern, it wouldn’t be surprising if XRP’s rally could signal the top of this bull market, just like it did in previous cycles (2017-2021).

Additionally, XRP’s chart shows a long-term triangle pattern that has lasted nearly 2,800 days. This kind of setup, especially with fresh news like the ETF filing, could be a major change. Many people have been focused on election news, so this filing hasn’t received the full attention it deserves yet. But once it’s approved, we might see XRP “explode” in price, drawing massive interest from the crypto market and possibly marking another bull market peak.

The first bullish confirmation is when XRP closes back above 0.70$ and the second will be if it flips 1.50$ into support.

21shares files for XRP ETF

21Shares, a well-known asset management firm, has recently filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for approval to launch a spot XRP exchange-traded fund (ETF), named the 21Shares Core XRP Trust.

This ETF, if approved (which it will), would offer institutional investors a regulated way to gain exposure to XRP, which has gained attention due to ongoing legal developments and its status as a prominent cryptocurrency. The ETF would track XRP's performance, and Coinbase Custody will manage the fund's assets.

This move comes amidst growing interest in crypto ETFs, following the approval of Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs. However, XRP's approval process is complicated by the SEC's ongoing legal battle with Ripple Labs, which impacts how the token is classified. Despite this, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has suggested that an XRP ETF is "inevitable," indicating strong demand for such financial products

If successful, this filing could help pave the way for more crypto ETFs, though the SEC's scrutiny remains a significant hurdle.

I will get into the technical analysis later on, now a lot of things for me might start to make sense.

Canary capital files for SOLANA ETF

Canary Capital, an Australian asset management firm, has filed for a spot Solana ETF with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This move comes as part of the growing interest in Solana, following the recent approvals of Bitcoin and Ether ETFs.

The proposed ETF would track the price of Solana (SOL) through a real-time price benchmark provided by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange CF Solana Index. If approved (which it will), the fund would offer institutional investors an easy way to gain exposure to Solana without the risks associated with holding SOL directly?

This filing is part of a broader trend, with other firms like VanEck and Franklin Templeton also pursuing Solana ETFs. As Solana’s blockchain has been gaining traction, especially due to its high active address market share, its potential for an ETF could be a significant step for the cryptocurrency in gaining mainstream adoption.

AUM’s are coming for your altcoins

NYSE Arca has urged the SEC to list Grayscale's diversified crypto portfolio ETF, which focuses on targeted exposure to blockchain projects driven by AI. This fund includes altcoins such as TAO, NEAR, RNDR, FIL, which are all part of the rapidly growing AI and decentralized data ecosystem.

The ETF would allow institutional investors to gain access to these promising AI-related blockchain projects, diversifying beyond more well-known assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum

By focusing on altcoins linked to AI innovation, this ETF could help capitalize on the increasing interest in AI's role in blockchain technology. If approved, it could provide more mainstream access to these emerging digital assets and encourage broader institutional adoption【83†source】.

What does this mean?

I’ll keep this short because it is very simple for those who didn’t figure it out yet.
They are coming for the amazing projects out there and if capital starts to flow in things could EXPLODE in 2025.

Makes sense? More capital = price goes up.

Technical analysis’s

Looking at the price charts of XRP, SOL, RNDR, FIL and NEAR, we can see that they are currently consolidating—trading within established price ranges.

This pattern makes sense given the increasing interest from institutional investors (AUMs) looking to buy these altcoins at favorable prices before pushing them higher. Just like with Bitcoin in previous cycles, AUMs are waiting for the right moment to fully allocate their positions.

As a result, some of these altcoins have been testing resistance levels but haven’t yet broken through, indicating that larger buyers are still positioning themselves.

This consolidation is typical in the lead-up to a price breakout, especially when larger capital inflows are expected. Given the historical trends in the crypto market, it’s likely that these AUMs are aware of the typical four-year market cycle because they aren’t dumb.

The official winner of the US presidential elections as been announced and you winner is nobody else the President Mr. Donald Trump and honestly I am, and many many others are so happy Trump came out as winner.

Overall, I do not care who win, left or right-wing it is all the same fucking bird. however, a president does have a MASSIVE influence on the market and I won’t lie, Kamala wouldn’t be able to keep the economy alive and I think her entering the office would be a disaster and kick off a recession sooner than expected.

Donald Trump is BACK

Is this good news for the crypto market? I would say so, let me explain why. 👇

Donald Trump recently proposed creating a U.S. “strategic Bitcoin reserve” if re-elected, aiming to hold a significant amount of Bitcoin as a hedge against inflation and national debt. Inspired by the country’s historical gold reserves, Trump envisions gradually acquiring Bitcoin, holding it potentially for up to 20 years, with a specific plan to sell only in cases of reducing national debt rather than for everyday budgetary needs.

He also pledged not to sell existing Bitcoin reserves, including assets seized from high-profile cases like the Silk Road. In 2020, the U.S. seized more than $3 billion worth of Bitcoin from Silk Road-related operations, and Trump’s stance suggests he would retain these as part of the reserve. Legal complexities may impact this policy, as federal asset forfeiture laws could influence whether some of these assets might eventually be liquidated or retained.

Trump has further indicated support for increasing domestic Bitcoin mining, keeping more Bitcoin production within U.S. borders, and has committed to replacing the SEC Chair, establishing a Bitcoin advisory council, and blocking any future development of a central bank digital currency (CBDC). While ambitious, these proposals face practical challenges, and critics note his former critical stance on cryptocurrency as a potential barrier to achieving these goals.

Shortly version:

Donald Trump wants to create a long-term Bitcoin reserve for the U.S., holding onto it for up to 20 years and only selling if it’s needed to pay off national debt. He also plans to retain seized Bitcoin, like that from Silk Road, and support more U.S.-based Bitcoin mining while blocking a U.S. central bank digital currency.

What if Kamala would win?

Personally, I think this would as I said before crash the markets a lot earlier however, I think over-time it would work against her and Bitcoin would again be bought up by Blackrock.

I do think there was no reality of her winning either as I would fundamentally not make any sense. With elections you have to understand that its so much more than just voting, the US president isn’t in control of the US, the elite is.

The elite considered the top 0.01% (Blackrock,…) is HEAVILY investing in crypto aka, bitcoin, ethereum and others as you will see in my next newsletter. This means that if Kamala would win, she would start a war against the top elite and their investment strategy, which would NEVER happen!

Left-wing, right-win, they remain the same fkn bird where the head remains in control of the movement that happens.

Trump is pro-actively promoting crypto which means that money flows into Trump his pockets, the elite their pockets but if all his promises do come true, also in the US citizens their pockets which I do believe.

Technical analysis bitcoin

Bitcoin is entering price discovery as I type and i love to see it.
As we’re entering price discovery logically seen, 80k is next followed by 90 and 100k before we could see a first correction incoming.

This first correction, as with any other bull market correction, will be bought up but A LOT of people will start to panic and sell thinking it will be the end of the bull market which will cause a reversal and prices will continue to go higher.

Other charts

As I said i have many charts in this video including ethereum, usdt.d, btc.d, TOTAL1-2 and 3 but its too much to put in the newsletter as my characters here are limited till a certain extend.

none of those updates matter but a short version:

- Ethereum remaining good to buy in as long as it remains under 3K$.

- BTC.d continues to go higher, expecting resistance between here and 63% (could be wrong) once BTC.D find resistance and reverse alts will fly.

- TOTAL 1, 2 & 3 all are forming a cup and handle pattern just like bitcoin, gold and s&p500 formed, expecting them to break out bullish which is most crucial for the market

- DXY, the US dollar has to go down in order for the bullrun to kick off, once that happens we are good to go historically seen.

Technical analysis USDT.D

USDT.D is a chart that not many people are aware of but I’ve been using this chart for the past 2 years or so and it highly improved my accuracy an understanding of which direction the market wants to go.

It is very simple, and I quote:

USDT.D up = BTC down
USDT.D down = BTC up

That is how simple this chart is yet, so many people are unaware of the existence f this chart which is quite funny.

What is interesting on this chart right now? As usual, history.
When we look at the USDT.D chart we can see 3 major crashes so far.

All 3 of them have a decline of an average of 55%, we are now very likely forming our next decline wave, which is historical perspective might again be a 55% decline wave.

Wouldn’t that be coincidental? I would be and I exactly think that is whats going to happen.

History does not always repeat itself but it often rhymes.

A lot is happening fundamentally right now, and people are starting to slip into a state of fear, worried that a crash or recession might be on the way. To be honest with you a big recession is coming our way, and most of us aren’t fully prepared for it.

Shortly said, Warren Buffet, Michael Burry, and other big investors are starting to sit on cash, which means they are aware of something coming our way but we just don’t know what yet.

In this newsletter, I’ll discuss my perspective in depth on this market potential crash and also share with you a perspective of why we might NOT enter a recession (just yet)

Warren Buffet sitting on 325 BILLION DOLLARS in cash

Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway have been selling off major stock holdings while building a massive cash reserve, now at a record $325 billion.

This year, Berkshire sold about $100 billion in Apple shares and billions more in Bank of America, leaving $69.9 billion in Apple shares as its largest holding. This move aligns with Buffett’s conservative stance as he prepares for potential economic challenges as he might see a recession coming.

Berkshire reported a decline in operating profits due to higher insurance claims (partly from hurricanes) and a strong dollar, despite gains in other sectors like Geico and BNSF Railroad. Interestingly, Berkshire also paused share buybacks, suggesting Buffett doesn’t see bargain opportunities even within his own company stock at the moment, this since the first time since 2018.

These cautious maneuvers give Berkshire the flexibility to navigate through rough economic conditions and take advantage of market opportunities as they arise.

My thoughts

All the info above might be complicated for some so let me repeat it shortly;

- Warren is sitting on 325bn $ CASH waiting for god knows what?
- Berkshire sold 100bn $ worth of Apple this year
- Warren doesn’t see any BARGAINS.

And for me, it’s in the words of he is not seeing any BARGAINS, which basically means a lot of companies are overpriced in Warren's perspective and honestly, i could say the same.

Let’s take a look at some market caps of major companies 👇

• Apple Inc. – $3.55 trillion

• NVIDIA Corporation – $3.23 trillion

• Microsoft Corporation – $3.11 trillion

• Alphabet (Google's parent) – $2.05 trillion

• Amazon – $1.97 trillion

• Saudi Aramco – $1.75 trillion

• Meta (Facebook's parent) – $890 billion

• Tesla – $780 billion

• Berkshire Hathaway – $750 billion

• Visa – $520 billion

In all honest perspective but I also don’t think Apple is worth 3.55$ TRILLION $, same goes for everything on that list, it seems VERY overpriced and that’s the reason why Warren is stepping out, because these there must be something that doesn’t earn hin enough money anymore or it reduced heavily.

In the past weeks, I’ve been reading some books of Warren Buffet and I’ve learned some interesting ways on how he sees certain things.

For a fact, as we all know if you’re reading this is that Warren LOVES bargains but it has to be a bargain in his eyes and in longterm perspective, if it isn’t Warren won’t invest in it.

I also know that Warren does not sell unless the companies he’s investing in are losing their main durable competitive advantage.

He also explains in his book, The Financial Statements, that, and I quote

“ There are times that is it’s advantageous to sell one of these wonderful businesses. The first is when you need money to make an investment in an even better company at a better price, which occasionally happens. The second is when the company looks like its going to its durable competitive advantage. The third is during bull market when the stock market, in an insane buying frenzy, sends prices on these fantastic businesses through the ceiling.”

So this all must be related to one of the things in his book, likely the third option as things indeed look very overpriced in terms of market cap value.

THE US IS 36 TRILLION DOLLARS IN DEBT

Rising U.S. debt can be a serious problem for the economy and the value of the dollar. When the government borrows a lot, it has to spend more on interest payments. This can lead to higher taxes and cuts in important services.

If investors start to worry that the U.S. can’t manage its debt, they might lose confidence in the dollar, which could cause its value to drop.

Looking at history, we can see similar patterns in the decline of past empires. For example, the Roman Empire became too big and spent too much on wars and public projects.

This led to higher taxes and a weaker currency, which contributed to its fall. The British Empire also faced a similar fate, accumulating a lot of debt while trying to maintain its global power, which weakened the British pound.

Today, the U.S. is in a comparable situation. If debt keeps rising, people might start to doubt the dollar’s strength as the world’s main currency. This could lead to inflation, where prices go up and the dollar buys less.

In turn, the U.S. could lose its influence in global trade, leading to a more balanced economic world. A beautiful thing is the higher the national dept will go the harder the fall eventually will be, the chances that this can be saved are slim to none.

When recession bro?

Well bro, I have no idea. It’s not because Warren is selling that the market suddenly tomorrow will start to crash. However, we will discuss technicals in this newsletter later on.

What I know is that Warren buffet, Michael burry and others do not work on timing but on anticipation by analysis of what their perspective on the stock market is, which perhaps is turning bearish and if we look at things in a technical perspective we can start to understand why.

Something interesting you must know

According to Peter Lynch, one of my favorite investors, the stock market has experienced 50 declines over the past 93 years, averaging a correction of 10-15% about once every 2-3 years. Among these declines, 15 have been significant, with drops of 25% or more.

This means that, on average, a bear market occurs roughly every 6-8 years, providing excellent opportunities for investors to buy into the market at lower prices.

Understanding when bear markets happen is crucial for investors, as it can help them avoid substantial losses and capitalize on buying opportunities. Lynch's insights highlight that historical trends often inform market behavior, suggesting that past performance can guide future investment strategies. By recognizing these patterns, you can enhance your investing skills and potentially save yourself from unnecessary pain during market downturns.

It’s essential to remember that it’s often the small details in these historical facts that teach us the most about investing.

Some technical analysis

Dow Jones technical analysis

in a quick technical perspective, we can see that DJI (Dow Jones) is forming a trendline that has been lasting now for around 125 years.

Every time we started to trade above that trendline, the market crashed shortly after in a big crash. (remember what I said above from the past 90 years?)

Now in short-term perspective, the monthly timeframe, we can see that we’re forming a type of reversal flag here that soon might break down bearish.

the thing with these reversals is that thye can be tricky definitely on the montlhy timeframe or higher but one thing is sure, once we do break out of this pattern and fall below 37.7k the possibility of a crash/recession is high!

whenever things are nearing an extreme all-time high, it first of all is very fun but secondly it should bring awareness in your mind that a pullback has to happen sooner or later and the higher we go the harder the fall will be.

We are nearing the extend of this 6-8 year market that Peter Lynch talks about, so something must be coming our way, eventually.

Why the bubble might continue

The stock market bubble isn’t likely to burst anytime soon because the entire economy has become dependent on high stock prices, low interest rates, and consumer confidence.

Here’s why 👇

1. Confidence Fuels Spending:

The economy relies on people spending money, and people tend to spend more when they feel financially secure. Rising stock prices and property values make people feel wealthier, which leads them to spend more. If the stock market were to drop significantly, that sense of security would weaken, leading to less spending and slower economic growth.

2. Debt and Low Interest Rates:

The government has borrowed a huge amount of money, and a big chunk of spending now goes just to pay the interest on this debt. To make those payments manageable, interest rates need to stay low. Low rates also mean people can borrow money cheaply, which encourages more investment in stocks and real estate, pushing their prices higher. This setup keeps the market strong but also means that a rise in rates could hurt both the government and the markets.

3. Inflation as a Strategy:

Inflation can actually help make debt easier to manage because it reduces the real value of what the government owes. Higher inflation can push up asset prices, which further supports the markets. So while inflation isn’t great for consumers, it helps keep the debt under control and the market steady.

4. Support from the Government and Fed:

If the market drops a lot (like 20-40%), the government and Federal Reserve usually step in with measures to stabilize things, like printing money or lowering interest rates even more. This makes it more likely that they’ll keep the bubble going to prevent a crash that could disrupt the economy.

5. Risks of a High Market:

Although this approach has helped the economy stay stable, it creates risks. The high stock prices we see today mean markets can be more volatile, and returns in the long run could be lower. But as long as the government and Fed continue to use these tools to prop up the market, it’s likely the bubble will keep growing.

Conclusion:

the higher this goes the harder the fall if the US empire will be over time.
US is losing power against BRICS. A crash is inevitable.

A powerful image

This is an image that you might’ve seen before but very likely didn’t pay any attention to and you probably will forget this image very likely as well after you’ve read this newsletter but at least you are informed.

Just to clarify, this image was first published in 1872 by George Tritch, making it 152 years old. It’s not a modern image analyzing past events but rather an artwork created *in anticipation of the future*, and so far, it has been quite accurate in its predictions.

The “Periods When to Make Money” chart by George Tritch, published in 1872, offers a compelling look into economic cycles, going back to 1783 and projecting patterns far into the future. Remarkably, this chart anticipated specific years as “periods of panic” and “good times” decades ahead, and many of its predictions have aligned closely with historical financial events. This chart groups each period into one of three categories:

1. Periods of Panic:
   
   These are times when the economy experiences intense financial stress, market corrections, or recessions. The chart marks many of the actual financial crises, such as the early 1800s crises, the 1837 depression, and the Great Depression of 1929. The alignment suggests that certain historical forces repeatedly bring the market to a critical point, causing a major downturn. According to this analysis, the cycle also projected a period of financial strain around 2019, coinciding with the significant economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

2. Years of Good Times and High Prices:
   
   During these periods, asset prices rise significantly, and the economy tends to be strong. Tritch saw these as the ideal times to consider selling assets before the inevitable downturn that would follow. For example, he noted times like the late 1920s, just before the crash, as well as recent bull markets. Historical periods of high prices, like those before the 2008 financial crisis, support the notion that each “good time” is typically followed by a cooling-off period or even recession.

3. Hard Times and Low Prices:

   Tritch identified times when economic conditions make it optimal to buy assets. After a panic, asset prices are often low, which historically has provided significant buying opportunities for those with a long-term view. Notably, times like the early 2010s—following the 2008 recession—would be a recent example, offering low property and stock prices before another upswing. These periods offer valuable opportunities for strategic buying in stocks, real estate, and other long-term investments, which have later seen substantial growth in value.

Based on this chart, we are currently in a period of “hard times” in 2023, with an expectation of potential asset growth leading up to 2035. This can offer a guiding principle to consider assets that may see strong gains over the next decade, including stocks, real estate, and collectibles, as long as they have sound fundamentals and long-term potential. Tritch’s chart reflects not just the ups and downs but a cycle of opportunity for investors who can recognize these periods early and plan accordingly.

The bull market is about to start, soon capital will flow to ethereum and alts but in specific meme coins.

I think in the next bull run memecoin will have a super cycle and could go extremele parabolic which obviously can lead to tremendous amount of profits.

What the fuck are meme coins?

Meme coins are cryptocurrencies that started as internet jokes, parodies, or pop-culture references rather than serious investment tools or tech breakthroughs.

Unlike Bitcoin, which was designed as a "digital currency," or Ethereum, which powers decentralized apps, meme coins don’t usually have technical purposes behind them. They exist mainly to entertain, create communities, and sometimes, gain value based on popularity rather than utility.

However, in my opinion a lot of people see the “utility” part of memecoins in the wrong way but more on that later.

The utility behind memecoins

Bitcoin began with the idea of people taking control of their own money and build a community amongst each other to spread the word, overtime we’ve seen that that happened, however, nowadays that isn’t the core anymore of bitcoin/crypto.

With memecoins we can see that they in theory represent what crypto in general is standing for which is community, feeling of not being alone and so much more unlike other coins and token out there who’re purely focused on the tech.

Here are some examples of the utilities within memecoins 👇

1. Simplified, Community-Driven:

Unlike tech-driven altcoins, meme coins rely on community loyalty and engagement, which he sees as a more natural fit for the "asset-first" nature of the crypto space. Meme coins focus on building an engaged base that feels a sense of belonging, shared identity, and purpose. In this model, the token itself becomes a cultural product, while the community organically promotes and grows its value. This is reminiscent of how cults or "brands as communities" work in traditional culture.

2. Cultural Relevance and Emotional Utility:

Meme coins resonate on a personal level, catering to emotions and social needs such as loneliness, entertainment, identity, and collective participation. He lists benefits like fostering friendships, connecting people with similar values, offering relief from isolation, and creating a sense of belonging. These qualities make meme coins attractive beyond simple financial speculation they serve as symbols of hope and enjoyment in a time of societal uncertainty.

3. No Dependency on Traditional Revenue Models:

Traditional tokens have significant drawbacks due to overvaluation, controlled supplies, and private investor influence, which limit their genuine community involvement. Meme coins, on the other hand, are already fully circulated, free of VC overhang, and offer individuals more direct access, meme coins have no pretense of being tech products, they are more accessible and relatable to retail investors who just want to engage and potentially profit without complex technology or promises of future utility.

4. The Token as Product:

The token itself, rather than any attached software, is the product. The meme coin model is more honest about this, as tech altcoins often hide behind technical jargon or VC interests while still primarily serving as speculative assets. Meme coins acknowledge that they’re “tables at the casino,” allowing retail participants a purer, more transparent speculative experience.

5. Survival and Potential for Cult-like Status:

The most successful meme coins might become long-lasting, decentralized brands or even “financialized religions.” By aligning with retail investors’ desire for something simple yet socially rewarding, meme coins have a survival advantage, potentially outpacing traditional crypto projects focused on tech advancements alone.

Meme coins can serve as financial vessels of collective belief, both accessible and entertaining. They satisfy human desires for purpose, fun, and connection—qualities that tech tokens often lack due to their complexity and insider-driven structure. This blend of "tokenized community" and speculative excitement makes meme coins a uniquely strong product fit for today’s uncertain world.

Why the fuck a memecoin supercycle?

A meme coin supercycle isn’t just noise; it’s a real movement fueled by culture, accessibility, and how people want to connect with their investments. Here’s why I believe meme coins are set to take off:

Prices can shoot up fast, sometimes reaching mind-blowing valuations in just a few weeks. Some memecoins I’m bullish on

I’m bullish on BRETT, the first meme coin on the BASE blockchain, which could give it a solid edge in the upcoming bull market. As of now, I think BRETT looks like a good buy to accumulate while it’s under $0.105.

If we see it break above that level, I’d hold off on adding more and let the price run its course. But for now, anywhere between the current price and its support level at $0.065 looks like a solid entry range to me.

Another meme coin category I’m bullish on right now is those tied to the upcoming elections. Think about coins representing figures like Donald Trump, Kamala Harris, or the U.S. in general—they’re picking up traction as we get closer to election day. The appeal is on both sides, and as election buzz intensifies, these coins could actually see solid gains. Just imagine the memes and community engagement around coins tied to Trump or a potential Kamala win; the hype alone could drive strong short-term performance.

Quick reminder: meme coins are still highly speculative and risky. There’s always a chance they could drop to zero, so make sure any investment here is with funds you’re okay losing.

Fundamental bullish news

I’m not going to flood you with endless links and documents about what’s happening in crypto; that would go against the simplicity I stand for. However, there are some interesting developments you should know about—and they’re bullish!

Wall Street now owns over 1 million Bitcoin through ETFs! Over the past few weeks, BlackRock and MicroStrategy have been accumulating Bitcoin like crazy. Just yesterday, BlackRock alone bought 12,124 Bitcoin! MicroStrategy has also revealed plans to buy $42 billion worth of Bitcoin!

Even Trump is extremely bullish on crypto and Bitcoin. He has major plans to use Bitcoin as a tender and aims to end the "war on crypto" that Kamala is reportedly stirring up.

All of this is extremely bullish and these are the fundamentals that truly matter. Many are distracted by conflicts in the Middle East or the upcoming elections, but all these events may be a cover for what’s genuinely positive. Once they’ve secured their profits, the public will see the true picture, and you don’t want to end up as exit liquidity.

If they are buying so much, why is the price not exploding?

Well… unlike us, assets under management (AUM) or extremely high amounts of Bitcoin are not typically bought via exchanges at least, not often.

These large quantities are usually acquired over-the-counter (OTC) through miners or other major holders, for example.

Bitcoin looking very good i can’t deny that but i’m remaining aware of its momentum here as we are at ATH resistance.

My overall perspective is bullish and I’m NOT selling! but as longas we don’t flip this resistance in support we aren’t going any higher which is just a logical fact.

In the short-term perspective we need bitcoin to remain above 66.5k, if we break below we are short-term bearish again targeting 63.5 and 61.8k again.

As for now, we do look bullish on all higher timeframes which is of course the most important perspective.

Some (non) financial advice

If you sell your crypto now, you might as well give up on everything. This is your last, easiest chance to build generational wealth or at least the foundation of it. Making money in crypto isn’t rocket science; you can make a lot if you play it smart.

But remember, just because you’ve been smart in crypto doesn’t mean you’re suddenly Warren Buffett or Peter Lynch. You’re still a “degenerate” without the skills or knowledge to keep growing that wealth long-term.

If you make $500K–$1M in this run, make sure you take your profits. Then, set aside a good portion of that capital and invest it in stable returns, like dividend-paying stocks in the stock market.

Earning 5-7% annually on $500K means $25K–$35K per year in passive income “for free” while holding stocks with a solid track record.

The risk of major losses is low, and you can hold these stocks for life, making a steady income each year while the stock value grows over time (doubling your money) if it’s a good pick.

Technical analysis Ethereum

Ethereum is currently lagging behind Bitcoin, which is fine, it's only a matter of time before it catches up and kicks off the long-awaited alt season!

At the moment, I have a cautious yet bullish outlook on Ethereum. It’s typical for money to flow from Bitcoin to Ethereum next, and once ETH breaks back above $2,900, we’ll likely see a strong rally toward $3.3K and $4K. Right now, ETH looks like a good buying opportunity, as it’s been ranging since early August. We’re in November now, meaning this range has held for roughly 100 days.

When alt szn tho???

For alt season, everything seems to be in place, the only things missing are a bearish USD, a bearish Bitcoin dominance, and money flowing into altcoins.

First of all, the DXY (US Dollar Index) is still looking bullish. Historically, when the DXY declines, BTC tends to kick off a bull run. Take a look at the chart below, it speaks for itself.

For Bitcoin dominance (BTC.D), we also need a bearish trend for altcoins to go parabolic. Currently, BTC.D is bullish, which keeps alts in a consolidative or slightly bearish state but this also presents opportunities to buy in at lower prices.

Most people, myself included, expect BTC.D to hit resistance around 58–59% and start a downtrend, which would propel alts higher. However, we recently broke above this level, and BTC.D continues to climb, keeping altcoins where they are for now.

Where BTC.D will find resistance is uncertain; my next targets are 61.5% and 63%. It could definitely go higher if it wants, but the higher BTC.D goes, the more powerful the eventual alt season could be and the more gains we will make.

I know it’s been a while since I’ve made a newsletter but let’s be honest, did something about my perspective change? no, it just kept following the same direction and consolidated around.

The only thing that happened is that I signaled the bottom in my last newsletter by explaining to you the state of fear we were in at that moment you should always use that momentum into your advantage and look to allocate some funds into assets.

BEARS ARE F*CKED

Many people left the market ever since this consolidation happened and it’s, so far, not over yet.

But we are entering the last stage of pre bull-market and if the cycle repeats we should be entering the “full-blown” bull market soon according to history.

A 4-year cycle exists out of FOUR years… many tend to think that prices will suddenly start to explode because people (were) screaming BULLRUN and yet we are still in the pre-stages of the bull market… what happened?

THE LAST YEAR

Now there is something VERY interesting to be found in the charts if you look very well and have a basic understanding of how cycles work and that’s the effect and behavior OCTOBER has on the market (the 2nd october after the bear market, NOT 2nd of October!!)

Once the 2nd OCTOBER comes after the bear market we can see that price mostly starts to turn BULLISH and heads into a bullmarket.

It’s for a reason that most people scream “UPTOBER!” however historically seen Octobers are indeed bullish, what matters the most is which phase of the cycle are we in.

Does uptober matter if we are in the middle of a bear market and prices will head lower anyway? not really. UPTOBER matters when we are in the early stages of the bull market and when we are in the bull market, as for now we are still in the early stages of the bull and I do expect this October to be bullish and perhaps kick off a bull run.

But what is even more interesting is that once we enter in a full-blown bull market and the TOP is nearing in the winters of 2017 and 2021 that, again, the month of otober is the LAST push before the top gets in…

I hope all of you are doing well but more importantly that nobody is panicking with what is going on with the price right now. This won’t be an extremely long newsletter but rather a short/brief update where you can still get all the information you need to act accordingly.

In the last newsletter a month ago we talked about the general perspective in Bitcoin and I talked about the possibility of Bitcoin mimicking the behavior of the past by remaining within the ranging zone and eventually breaking higher

Sadly enough, that didn’t happen and pice did break down lower… so what does this mean? Does it change everything and is the bull market now really over?

Technical analysis Bitcoin

Bitcoin as for now broke down from a key support area (60k) and is looking bearish in my opinion, however, that is okay. Your mindset should be focussed on seeing the opportunity in this downside momentum.

Bitcoin is forming a similar pattern as it did 1-2 weeks ago, which could signal that there is more downside momentum incoming.

As we are forming this similar pattern we could assume that the first target for BTC would be 54.5k again and below 48-49k which is the golden ratio area on higher timeframes and an area of my interest as well.

My bearish perspective would only be invalidated if we break back above 60k.

Fear is opportunity

Fear is real definitely in times like this where at this point most retailers start to sell or leave the markets because of this downside momentum.

The more fear we create the better it is and the stronger and sooner the reversal will be, that’s how the markets work. It goes against human psychology and many assume they understand this concept but in reality, they do not at all.

a very basic example for those who wanna understand it:

“Imagine you're playing a game with your friends. Sometimes, everyone gets excited and wants the same toy or game at once. That's like when lots of people want to buy something in the financial markets. But just like games, sometimes people change their minds. They might decide they don't want the toy anymore or that it's not as fun as they thought. This happens in the markets too—people might suddenly decide to sell things even if others still want to buy. So, the markets can go against what people feel or think, just like how games can change even when everyone starts playing together. Important here to take into consideration is that the people who are selling, are whales" and have a lot of toys they are suddenly getting rid off'“.

In my opinion, this is a shake-out with a lot of FUD around it which makes people extremely scared as you can see above but veterans in this game know how shake-outs work and they understand in what timeframe of the bull cycle we are finding ourselves in.

The market has been very boring lately and isn’t doing much besides going sides or down. many of you are probably getting bored and some are even thinking that the bull run is over.

I do not agree with that perspective. In my (humble) opinion, the bull run is just starting.
To understand this perspective we should look back in the past as always.

The past often indicates what will happen in the future, it’s a pattern. I’m also sure that most do not look back in the past and that’s why they lose a grasp of reality.

Let’s get into it ⬇️

BITCOIN HISTORY

I’ve discussed this already many times before in former newsletters so make sure to check them out as well! It is crucial as a crypto investor to understand how money is flowing and how the market works aka understanding the patterns.

After the halving of 2016, we had some consolidation/bearish momentum as well, this took roughly 92 days before BTC decided to head higher and continue its bull run.

This momentum was of course boring as the price didn’t move for over 3 months, however, this momentum was also utilized in the best way possible by smart investors who were looking to scale in and not leave the markets.

A similar situation happened after the halving of 2020, bitcoin didn’t make any big moves after the halving and overall remained in between two zones for around 90-120 days before heading higher again, this momentum caused a shakeout and many left the markets as there was also a big fear of COVID (scam)

After the boring momentum, the bulls took control again (after scaling in massively) and the bull run resumed.

And now we are where we are today. A very similar momentum as we had in the past, the only thing that is different now is that we already broke ATH due to the ETF hype.

We are now mid-way through June and the candle does look indecisive but we still have two weeks to go over I’m not expecting too much crazy momentum this month and the candle will likely close as it is now but that’s okay.

My biggest tip for you is to use this momentum to your advantage. Alts are being pushed down while BTC is consolidating and BTC.D is going up, this all leads to CHEAP opportunities for ALTCOINS before the alt szn starts cause once the price takes off you want to be stacked in.

two months and counting now in consolidation so let’s not overcomplicate what’s going on. We are only bullish if we break ATH and enter price discovery.

BITCOIN DOMINANCE (BTC.D)

This is what most people are waiting for without them knowing they are waiting for it.
Alt SZN is completely dependent on BTC.D’s behavior.

As for now on the higher timeframe, it looks like BTC.D made a reversal pattern, broke down and is now retesting the pattern, what’s important here for BTC.D is that we reject its current high of 55.92%% and start to head lower again back toward 54.30% which is the key level for BTC.D to be broken, once we break under that level we’ll see ATLS go up.

If we do break above 55.92% we’ll see BTC.D head toward the 58-59% region which will be bearish for ALTS and should likely mean that BTC will continue its consolidation.

What to do?

I think it’s very self-explaining what you should do now. You have to sit back and wait till this momentum is over but also take advantage of the cheap prices that are offered to you right now cause a lot of the ALTS have seen some very big decent momentum and most people are scared away by bearish momentum while in fact, bearish momentum should be your best friend as it leads to money making opportunities.

Yes, I’m aware that the market has been slow but in my last newsletter, I warned you about the momentum the market could have after the halving and that’s exactly what we have right now. However, this momentum is about to stop and change into an “up only “ direction.

In my last newsletter, I also said in the “general perspective” part that short-term bearish momentum could happen and that many see it as an enemy instead of taking advantage of it, this momentum came but did you take advantage of it or did you ignore it with the mindset of “what if we go lower?”

If that was your mindset, you are fucking up the bull run for yourself. The dips the market provided from February 2023 till where we are now today were all dips you had to take advantage of and buy.

Many will be left out once the market takes off, make sure you aren’t one of them.

Technical analysis Bitcoin

Bitcoin overall remains within the same range but what’s interesting since the last update is that we went from an ascending triangle pattern to a reversal pattern again.

In my last newsletter, I explained why ascending triangles often break out bearish instead of bullish. make sure to read it. All targets mentioned in the newsletter have been reached as well.

Back to the reversal pattern, we are nearing a key level here for BTC to break above (67.1k) once we do, we’ll head to ATH and likely further bullish price discovery, with 80k as my next target.

As long as BTC doesn’t break below 60/59k support region we’ll remain in the range, but in case we do reject here at 67K and fall back and lose support at 59k we’ll see 54-52k back but for now, I doubt that.

Inner thoughts

I genuinely do not care in which direction the market goes as for now, if we go lower (which I hope) great! I’ll buy A LOT more and once the reversal comes, I make even more money.
If we go further to the upside, great! I’m making a shitload of money anyway.

I have this mentality because I prepared myself from the absolute bottom and I know that the opportunity to buy in more is about to be done and whenever I can I take advantage of it as long the time lasts.

A prepared man is worth two unprepared. As this momentum to buy-in is coming to an end soon, you should start to plan your exit. That’s how you’ll win.

Technical analysis Ethereum

Ethereum is forming a very interesting pattern here that looks very promising! However, BTC will play the biggest role for this pattern to come through or not.

In my last newsletter, I talked about ETH also being bearish following BTC’s behavior and so it did but now the price is looking a lot better.

In ideal case to consider being bullish on ETH again we need a break above 3150$, this would put bulls back in control and we could target higher for ETH around 3350$ and 3600$ which is the last major key level for ETH to break before heading 4000$ and all-time-high

Technical analysis TOTAL 3

Total3 represents the full crypto market EXCLUDING Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Aka it represents the altcoins.

TOTAL 3 looking very interesting here forming an ascending triangle that actually could break out bullish and this would be bullish for the altcoin market!

A break above 700B would put bulls in control and would make TOTAL 3 head back toward 780-830B which is the last key level to break before seeing a solid ALT SZN.

Bearish under 640B but doubt it for now.

The clock is ticking

Many want to make it but once the opportunity is provided many tend to ignore it and I get it. Maybe you should stay where you are right now and being dependent on paychecks, giving up is indeed something for you.

However, if that is not you, you should take advantage of the limited time you have right now because once prices are taking off you gonna wish you bought A LOT more.

The choice is yours, which side do you want to be on? The same side you are right now and just be there forever or do you want to make a difference?

I know it’s been February 18th… something unfortunate took place in my life and everything had to reestablish. My last post was about
“Bitcoin going back to all-time high?” and guess where we are right now…

My biggest key in the run since February 18th is that I didn’t pay attention to the short-term noise, I was solely focused on what the general perspective was and this has come to fruition.

But what is next for the market?

Technical analysis Bitcoin

Bitcoin is just chilling around ATH at this point and is forming an ascending triangle on the daily timeframe. These ascending triangles are bullish patterns, however, after a good solid run (like we had) these patterns could be misleading and turn down bearish, something to be aware of.

In the short term, I’d consider being bearish on BTC if we break below 67.8K with a target of 63K and 59K which would likely cause some panic within the market which is good for the longevity of this run.

If we do break to the upside, we need a break above ATH which will send us further into price discovery targeting 75K and 80K.

Do not forget that the Bitcoin halving is near. Historically BTC tends to consolidate or see slight bearish momentum after the halving (70-90days) but this genuinely means that it could be positive for ALTS as liquidity is moving and ALTS might see upside momentum.

Bitcoin Dominance (BTC.D)

A chart many don’t keep an eye on as they don’t understand what it exactly means when BTC.D is going up or down.

BTC.D up = alts bleed/range
BTC.D down = alts go up

aan as for now BTC.D is going up which means that’s why alts are going down at this point and could still do for the next days/weeks.

However, once BTC.D reaches 58% which is the golden ratio zone, we will likely face heavy resistance and might see BTC.D go down again which will likely mean alts will look to run to the upside.

Technical analysis Ethereum

Ethereum for now is simply following what BTC is doing but does look bearish.
For me to turn bullish on Ethereum I would like to see ETH stay above 3550$ but also break above 3950$ to confirm bulls are gaining control.

As of now, ETH is below 3550$ which gives me a more bearish perspective with targets at 3170$ and maybe even lower toward 2800$.

ETH will simply mimic what BTC is doing and till BTC.D decides to head down which should open more liquidity for ETH.

General market perspective

The market, in an overall perspective, looks amazing but short-term downside could be upon which is good, many tend to see the downside as an enemy but if understood right and used correctly it can become one of your best friends.

Do not fuck this bull run up with leverage trading, most will end up losing and miss out on magnificent gains that could change your whole life!

For some, a good sum of money on the way
For some, life-changing money is on the way
for others, generational wealth is on the way.

No matter what category you belong to, make sure to not mess it up because these are once-in-a-lifetime opportunities if done right.

Be patient, the bitcoin halving is near, and worst-case scenario we range around a bit which could be bullish for alts and then the fun continues. Play it right and you will win.

Bitcoin has been moving nicely since my last newsletter and I do have to admit I was slightly on the “wrong side’ by expecting that Bitcoin wouldn’t break above 50k just yet but in fact, it did break above 50k which as a holder makes me happy even though I did not expect it.

Let’s see what is next for Bitcoin + I have a very interesting analysis to share with you all which will give you a good perspective on what to expect in 2024 and as extra I’ll talk about the state of the alt coin market.

Technical analysis bitcoin

The biggest question people have right now is “Will there be a big correction or not” and the truth is we can’t know until certain key levels get broken. Is it possible? yes.

To anticipate a big dump we’ll first need a break back below 45k, this would confirm that bears might be looking to take control and the price has a high probability of going back to 41k which is a structural key zone.

A break below 41k would confirm more downside toward 37k again.

However, I do not like to '“predict” these things as we have to see key level per key level, and as for now, the price is looking pretty bullish and good for continuation toward 53k and potentially higher toward its ATH.

Whatever the market does in the short term is noise for me and I simply ignore it. If we have the opportunity to see a dip, I’ll be more then happy to buy more and larger my positions but if the dip isn’t as big as many tend to expect that is also fine by me as I am already very well positioned since the bottom and been flowing with my game plan ever since.

Notice how many are “hoping” on another big dip, this is because they weren’t active when they had to buy which was when we were under 35k and ideally at the bottom which is repeated many times here in the newsletters, those who followed are in good profits.
